A Kitchen That Anchors Everything

Tile runs from the front door all the way to the back slider, so the whole first floor feels open and easy to keep clean. The bright white kitchen is the centerpiece, with granite counters, a stone mosaic backsplash, a deep undermount sink, and a big island with bar seating. It looks right into the living room, so whoever’s cooking is still part of the conversation.

Morning Coffee on the Screened Porch

The sellers added the screened porch, and it might be my favorite spot in the house. Picture your coffee out there with a breeze coming through and nothing on the calendar but deciding between the pool and the pickleball courts. That’s a pretty good way to start a Florida morning.

Two Bedrooms, Each With Its Own Bath

Upstairs, both bedrooms have their own private bathroom. That layout gives you a lot of flexibility, whether the second room becomes a guest suite or a home office. The laundry is right there on the same floor, and the washer and dryer stay with the home. There’s also a half bath downstairs for guests.

Life in Towering Oaks and Oakleaf Plantation

Living here means resort-style amenities, including the pool and pickleball courts, without having to take care of any of it yourself. The HOA is $194 a month, and the CDD runs about $700 a year, rolled into your property tax bill. For a community with this much going on, that’s a lot of lifestyle for the money. As with any home, I always recommend reviewing the HOA documents during your inspection period so you know exactly what’s covered.

Day to day, you’re minutes from Oakleaf Town Center for groceries, dining and errands, and SR-23 (the First Coast Expressway) makes it easy to get across Clay County and into Jacksonville.
