This website, www.NealBrownRealtor.com (the “Site”), is operated by Neal Brown, Realtor® with iHeart Realty, Inc. (“I,” “me,” or “my”). I respect your privacy, and this page explains in plain language what information the Site collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have.
Information you give me directly
When you fill out a form on this Site — for example the contact form, a home-search inquiry, or a request for a guide like the Glen Kernan Buyer’s Guide — you may provide your name, email address, phone number, city or area of interest, and anything you write in a message field. I use that information to respond to you, send you what you asked for, and follow up about your real estate needs. Form submissions are delivered by email through SendLayer (my email delivery provider) and may be added to the customer relationship and marketing tools I use to stay in touch, currently Follow Up Boss and Mailchimp. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting me directly.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar technologies from a small number of services:
- Google Analytics — helps me understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, time on site, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and doesn’t identify you personally to me. Learn more or opt out at Google’s opt-out page.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — lets me show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited the Site, and measure whether those ads are useful. You can control how Meta uses this data in your Facebook ad preferences.
- Embedded content — some pages embed videos from YouTube; when you play them, YouTube may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
You can also limit or block cookies entirely through your browser settings; the Site will still work.
What I don’t do
I don’t sell your personal information. I don’t share it with anyone except the service providers named above, who process it on my behalf to run this Site and my business, and as required by law. Lead information you submit may be shared with iHeart Realty, Inc. as my brokerage where required to serve you.
How long information is kept
Form submissions and client records are kept as long as reasonably needed to serve you and to meet Florida real estate record-keeping requirements, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google’s standard retention settings.
Your choices and rights
You can ask me at any time what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it (subject to records I’m legally required to keep). Children
This Site is intended for adults and doesn’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If I change how the Site handles your information, I’ll update this page and the effective date above.
