I’m Neal Brown, a Florida Army National Guard veteran, REALTOR® and real estate investor, and I live right here in 32092 in St. Augustine.
My family moved from outside Chicago to Jacksonville in 1990, when I was nine, and Northeast Florida has been home ever since. After a couple of years on active duty following 9/11, I bought my first home, a new build, in 2005. That’s where my love for real estate started.
I’ve been licensed since 2018, and real estate is my full focus today. I help buyers, sellers and investors across St. Johns, Duval, Clay and Putnam counties. My promise is simple: straight answers, a clear plan, and someone who picks up the phone.
