EverRange is planned on a 1,000-acre site, with the first phase including approximately 1,500 homes. The community is located off Philips Highway (US-1) and is designed to preserve the surrounding environment, with 50% of the land dedicated to green space, including shaded trails and native Florida landscapes.
The first neighborhoods are expected to open in 2026 and will feature six distinct residential enclaves, all reflecting EverRange’s rustic-modern design vision.

Community Gathering Spaces: The Station and The Grove
At the entrance to EverRange, The Station is planned as a walkable neighborhood hub, offering shops and services intended for everyday convenience and casual community interaction.
Further inside the community, The Grove will serve as the central amenity area. Planned amenities include:

Dog parks for both small and large dogs
Lakeside walking trails
