Construction of Pacetti Bay Park Approved in St. Johns County

Great news for residents in World Golf Village and the surrounding St. Johns County area: construction of Pacetti Bay Park has officially been approved. The future park, located at 315 Meadowlark Lane, is expected to bring a variety of new recreational amenities to the community, creating another space for families, kids, and pet owners to enjoy.

According to St. Johns County, the park plans include a dog park with a splash pond, a basketball court, bocce ball court, athletic field, playgrounds, a pavilion, a walking trail, sidewalk improvements, and expanded parking. These additions are designed to give residents more opportunities to spend time outdoors, stay active, and gather with neighbors close to home.

One of the most encouraging parts of this project is that it reflects community input. County officials noted that public feedback helped shape the vision for the park, which makes this more than just another development project. It’s a sign that local voices are being heard and that investment is continuing in quality-of-life improvements across St. Johns County.

The approved construction contract totals $1,155,394, marking a significant investment in the area’s recreational infrastructure. As the community continues to grow, projects like Pacetti Bay Park can play an important role in preserving the balance between new development and accessible public spaces.

For nearby residents, this park could become a popular destination for weekend outings, after-school playtime, dog walks, and neighborhood gatherings. With a wide mix of planned amenities, Pacetti Bay Park has the potential to serve a broad range of ages and interests.
